The Registo web application currently faces challenges in delivering an optimal user experience. This includes usability issues, deficiencies in visual design, and suboptimal user interaction flow. Furthermore, there is a pressing need to enhance the presentation of information to ensure clarity and intuitive understanding for users. Simplifying navigation within the application is also essential to enable smoother access to different sections. Registo also was a facing a challenge with the conversion of the leads and engineers. The initial conversion rate was around 1%.
